Despite reprising his role in new Wall Street sequel Sheen the Younger is still tilting at windmills, the Two and a Half Men star is preaching the oddball theory that "the official story behind 9/11 is a fraud".
Sheen is calling for a new investigation just in time for the eighth anniversary of the tragic attacks.
Quixotic Charlie wrote an open letter to President Obama charging, "9/11 has been the pretext for the systematic dismantling of our Constitution and Bill of Rights."
Sheen and his fellow conspiracy buffs also believe the "Bush/Cheney regime" in concordance with the CIA orchestrated 9/11 as a top secret plot to invade Iraq.
