As the start date in the trial of accused murder mom CASEY ANTHONY looms near, prosecutors want graphic autopsy photos entered into evidence.

The prosecutors want the jury when slected to see graphic autopsy photos of Caylee Anthony.
Casey Anthony stands accused of murdering her daughter, Caylee, when she was 2 years old in 2008.

While most potentially damaging evidence is all being permitted by Judge Blevin Perry of Florida, the war over the autopsy photos stands to be quite the battle in legal maneuvering.

Multiple sources have reported that the filing for a motion to allow the post-mortem evidence was submitted yesterday.

Over 236 photos are included in the coroner's report and the defense has been notified of the pending injunction.

The autopsy photos have remained sealed due to the major decomposition of the corpse.

Prosecutors the photos will enlighten how Caylee died and be a strong incentive to juror to return a guilty verdict in the sensational murder trial which is scheduled to begin next month in May.

Still at issue, can a fair and impartial jury be selected from the Orlando, Fla. area where media coverage of the pre-trial hearings has been relentless.
