CAMERON DIAZ’s breasts now appear more bountiful, experts attest. What’s the 411? She appears to have treated herself to a pumped-up bustline for the holidays, say sources.
The 39-year-old beauty seems to have undergone secret plastic surgery, getting breast implants to bump herself from a “B” to a more curvaceous “C” cup, a top doc told The ENQUIRER.
Cameron – who shot to star power in the 1998 comedy “There’s Something About Mary” – now looks fuller-figured while frolicking on a Hawaiian beach on Jan. 3.
Top Michigan plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who has not treated Cameron, says it’s a job well done!
“Cameron’s breasts complement her frame nicely, since they are not too big or too round,” Dr. Youn told The ENQUIRER.
After analyzing “before” pictures taken in February 2011 with recent photos, Dr. Youn commented: “I believe she had a breast augmentation using relatively small silicone implants. “Since swelling can take several weeks to settle down, I suspect she had the surgery at least two to three weeks ago.”
If true, Cameron’s decision to go under the knife would come as a surprise because she has voiced her opposition to plastic surgery in the past.
“Cameron likes to projectthe image of an all natural, sun-kissed California girl, but I think she’s actually really insecure about her looks,” a source revealed. “She has always been bothered by her tiny boobs. And as she gets older, maybe she’s getting more concerned about her appearance.”
The “Bad Teacher” star, who has recently been spotted getting cozy with music mogul Sean “P. Diddy” Combs, looks as if she’s “really proud” of her new look.
“She laid low over the holidays but was itching to get back into a bikini,” the source added. “Now she’s gallivanting around, showing off her body.”
