BRITNEY SLAMS ABUSE CLAIM

description

BRITNEY SPEARS the target of a new lawsuit charging her with sexual harassment and abuse of her two sons by an ex-bodyguard is being defended by her ex- hubby K- FED.

Fernando Flores, (PICTURED) who was a member of the pop tart’s security team, sued Spears yesterday claiming sexual harassment and deliberate infliction of emotional distress.

In the legal docs, he alleges Spears repeatedly exposed her genitalia to him and that he witnessed her punishing her sons with a belt.

He also charges in the lawsuit that she engaged in sex in front of the boys.

But Kevin Federline who was married to Spears at the time of the alleged incidents told AP through his attorney that the charges had been investigated prior to the suit being filed and were found to have warranted no response by child protection services.

"He is satisfied that the allegations are a product of economic motives," K-Fed’s attorney said. "They are as baseless as they seem."

While Federline has custody of both boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James, Britney has substantial visitation with the boys that have been upgraded since her recovery from her breakdown.

UPDATE:
On her website, Britney responded to the lawsuit charges: "This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.

"The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores’ accusations and have closed the case without any further action."
