The love that dared not speak its name as WHITNEY HOUSTON’S daughter BOBBI KRISTINA has secretly wed!

WHITNEY HOUSTON’s rebellious daughter BOBBI KRISTINA has defied her family’s wishes not to walk down the aisle with her live-in lover Nick Gordon – and she’s warned them unless they accept the marriage, she’ll shut them out of her life.

The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively that Bobbi, 19, and Nick, 22, have already had an unofficial secret wedding ceremony without her disapproving family.

“The ‘commitment ceremony’ took place in early August,” revealed an insider.

“Both got matching wrist tattoos of Whitney’s initials surrounded by doves to commemorate the ceremony.

“BOBBI AND NICK NOW consider themselves a married couple and are secretly planning an official wedding and honeymoon.

“She wants her marriage to be a memorial to her mother and plans to have a private ceremony in the New Jersey home where she grew up with her mom and dad and loved to hang out with her family. Then the couple will honeymoon on St. Bart’s in the Caribbean – one of Whitney’s favorite vacation spots.”

But it won’t be smooth sailing.

Bobbi’s family fears Nick is a gold-digger after Whitney’s $20 million fortune, while Bobbi is convinced she’s following in her beloved mom’s footsteps, say sources.

Strong-willed Whitney defied her mother Cissy to wed R&B “bad boy” Bobby Brown, and now Bobbi is also defying Cissy and the Houston clan to marry the man she loves.

Bobbi’s aunt Pat Houston and Cissy have fought desperately against Bobbi marrying Nick, who lived with Whitney and Bobbi since 2008, and now lives with Bobbi in Whitney’s Atlanta home.

Family members worry that Nick will take advantage of the emotional turmoil surrounding Whitney’s untimely death to get his hands on the estate, which Bobbi starts inheriting when she turns 21.

But their concerns haven’t slowed Bobbi, who’s making sure that the upcoming wedding will also include her dad, who just entered rehab as part of a court agreement for a drunk-driving arrest in March. Bobby Brown has already given a thumbs-up to Nick.

Nick’s family will also be at the nuptials.

His stepmother, Cheri Lynn Thompson, married to Nick’s dad Clyde Thompson, told The ENQUIRER: “I’m sure we will be invited to the wedding.”

On Aug. 9, Whitney’s birthday, lovestruck Nick and Bobbi got their matching tattoos, and Bobbi shocked her family by announcing that the pair considers those tattoos their wedding rings.

A family feud had threatened their wedding plans with Pat Houston insisting Nick sign a prenuptial agreement to protect Bobbi’s fortune.

Headstrong Bobbi strenuously objected, however, because “she’s crazy in love and trusts Nick completely,” revealed the source. In the end, the couple finally agreed to the pact in order to unite the family.

“Bobbi told them, ‘It’s time to plan the rest of my life, and whether you like it or not, that will definitely include Nick!’” divulged the source.

The shaky truce was still holding when the war-torn family showed up for the recent Los Angeles premiere of Whitney’s final movie, “Sparkle.”

Cissy, Pat and her husband Gary, as well as Whitney’s older brother Michael were all there, and Bobbi and Nick walked down the red carpet together.

A source close to Nick’s family disclosed: “He’s really excited about the upcoming wedding. He’s totally in love with Bobbi and wants to spend the rest of his life with her.”
