It’s finally official —Heather Locklear returns to Melrose Place!
Scheming ad boss Heather who made residents of Melrose squirm in their own day-glo scrunchies was last seen faking her own death in the 1999 finale of the original series.
"We’re ecstatic to have the chance to bring Amanda Woodward back to Melrose Place," show runners Todd Slavkin & Darren Swimmer (formerly of Smallville) said.
"Heather’s involvement in the show is something we’ve been working on for some time as we couldn’t imagine creating and producing this show without the iconic character’s inclusion."
The ENQUIRER first reported Heather was in talks to visit Melrose months ago, natch. Guess they finally made her a financial offer she couldn’t refuse.
Prior to Melrose, Locklear had been a regular on Bill Shatner cop show T.J. Hooker and glam soaper Dynasty.
