JUSTIN BIEBER can breathe easier – paternity accuser drops lawsuit against pop star.
Mariah Yeater, a 20-year-old California woman who claimed Bieber was the father of her infant son dropped her paternity suit last week, RadarOnline.com reports.
Mariah Yeater's lawyers, Lance Rogers and Matt Pare have backed down from the case, as well, according to reports.
Yeater’s attorneys initially said they’d hoped to settle with Bieber out of court, and claimed they had “credible evidence” that he is the father.
However, Bieber said he’d “never met the woman” and agreed to take a DNA to prove he’s not the father.
It’s unclear yet why Yeater suddenly dropped the paternity lawsuit although LAPD were threatening to probe the entire matter.
