Apolo Anton Ohno was named the winner of Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday, May 22. The two-time Olympic gold medalist and his dance partner, Julianne Hough, beat out Joey Fatone and Laila Ali.
“I feel amazing,” Ohno said after his name was announced. “You put your mind to something, you give 100 percent, sacrifice and dedication, anything is possible.”
Tuesday’s finale episode also featured previous competitors including Leeza Gibbons, Heather Mills, Billy Ray Cyrus and Ian Ziering. Past champions Drew Lachey, Kelly Monaco and Emmitt Smith were also on hand.
