Former ‘N Sync-er Lance Bass hates intolerance and discrimination so much he’s made a PSA.
The 28 year-old singer who’s gay spoke out on behalf of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN).
"I think it’s time for me to stand up and help educate, because I’m lucky enough to have been given a voice to be able to talk and grab the attention of the people," Bass said.
The PSA viral launch coincides with the annual National Day of Silence when students take a vow of silence to protest harassment, bullying and discrimination.
"Every day, thousands of students are silenced. They’re silenced by fear, they’re silenced for being who they are," Bass remarked.
"They’re brothers, they’re sisters, they’re gay, they’re straight, they’re you and they’re me."
