Blockbuster new lawsuit charges ADAM LAMBERT should never have been allowed to compete on AMERICAN IDOL!

The flamboyant singer was reportedly under contract to a record company when he tried out for the competition show – a violation of AI’s rules.

Lambert had reportedly recorded 13 songs for Colwell Platinum Entertainment.

The legal docs alleged that Adam aka “Glambert” Lambert reportedly recorded 13 songs for Colwell Platinum Entertainment and then uploaded four of those songs to his MySpace page before the 2009 “Idol” season began.

While the lawsuit attacks the validity of Lambert’s second-place finish it does not seek that he be stripped of the title

While the lawsuit attacks the validity of Lambert’s second-place finish in the 2009 edition of “Idol,” it does not ask that he be stripped of the runner-up title since he’s more successful than the actual winner of the singing contest Kris Allen.
