Paris Hilton is denying she had a one-night stand with actor Tom Sizemore — but The National Enquirer has photos of the couple in his home on the night of the alleged tryst.

The Saving Private Ryan star claims on a DVD he's hawking that he hooked up with Paris in 2001 when she was 19 years old. The DVD, titled Tom Sizemore's Sex Scandals, shows him having sex with nine women — though none is the Hilton hotel heiress.

When the claims emerged, Paris, notorious for her own explicit sex tape, said: "He is not an acquaintance of mine, nor have I ever had intimate relations with him. It is disappointing Mr. Sizemore has to use my name to sell his DVDs."

But there's no question they know each other. Our exclusive pictures show Tom, Paris and a friend of the actor frolicking intimately in a bathroom at his Bel Air home.

And Tom's hand is all over Paris' left thigh as she spreads her legs suggestively.

An eyewitness to the shenanigans said Paris showed up with a group of more than two-dozen partygoers at about 3.30am. "There were people doing drugs and drinking heavily," he added.

"Paris didn't seem to mind when Tom got very friendly with her in the bathroom. He told me he had sex with Paris that night and that she was very good."

Sizemore, whose career has been marred by drugs and a violent relationship with Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, says on the DVD that Paris seduced him. "She knew what she could do to people," he says.

When told of the existence of our photos showing Paris with Sizemore, her spokesman revised her version of events, saying: "Paris is not denying she was at a party at Sizmore's home and not denying there are photos where he had a hand on her thigh. What she is denying is that she had sex with Tom Sizemore."
