ANTHONY-HOLLOWAY LINKED

description

Another twist in the pretrial battle over evidence in the case of accused murder mom CASEY ANTHONY as lawyers reveal link to the NATALEE HOLLOWAY disappearance!

The defense team for Anthony will be allowed to search all Texas Equuserach records created during the groups search for Caylee Anthony in 2008.

As The ENQUIRER reported previously Texas Equuserach was also heavily involved in the hunt for missing student Natalee Holloway.

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry told  Anthony’s defense team they can review the Equusearch records but cannot release the names of the searchers or any other information in the files to the public or the media, according to the court order.

Anthony accused of the murder of her daughter, Caylee, claims a baby sitter kidnapped the child but Orange County detectives believe no such person even exists.

Meter reader Roy Kronk ,who had been deposed by the defense, found the remains of the missing child after Texas Equuserach lead hundreds of volunteers in a desperate race against the clock.

Several Equuserach volunteers have said they searched the same area where Kronk later made his discovery and found nothing.

Anthony’s trial is scheduled to begin May 2011.  She is currently held without bond at the Orange County Jail.

Meanwhile, Joran van der Sloot, long a suspect in the Holloway disappearance, remains under lock and key in a Peruvian prison.
