Sixteen years after their bitter divorce, BURT REYNOLDS and LONI ANDERSON have not only buried the hatchet, they’re going to star together in a new TV show.
Loni has reached out to help Burt revive his career by agreeing to do a sitcom with him.
In a replay of real life, the once-feuding couple will play bickering seniors living in a retirement home – and the show will be scripted by famed All in the Family creator Norman Lear, The ENQUIRER learned exclusively.
Both Burt. 74 and Loni, 65, are veterans of sitcom hits.
Loni was the busty blonde hottie of WKRP in Cincinnati. And Burt made Evening Shade a hit.
