AN outraged Angelina Jolie exploded in a rage and threw Brad Pitt out of the house when he staggered home after a tequila-fueled drinking binge, say insiders.
"Pack your things and get out!" sources say the enraged actress stormed as Brad tried to defend his guys’ night out.
The 34-year-old beauty went on a tirade after boozy Brad walked through the door Dec. 16, confided a friend. The big-screen hunk had been downing margaritas and shots with a buddy at the Mexico City restaurant near his Los Angeles home.
Wearing a rumpled black outfit and funky knit cap, Brad, 46, looked disheveled after partying a little more than two hours at the neighborhood eatery. And NOTHING could prepare him for running smack into Hurricane Angelina.
"She shouted, ‘HOW DARE you do this! You swore you wouldn’t drink like this.
What kind of example are you setting for the kids?’"
Brad was ordered out and "did as he was told," said the friend.
"He took off on his motorcycle to the beach.
"He let his head clear and then came back after a couple of hours.
Before the night was over, Angelina forgave him."
The sultry brunette was already seething because only a month earlier Brad had gone off with George Clooney on a stag trip to Mexico.
"She felt like she was left to take care of everything while he’s off playing the bachelor," revealed the friend.
"The good thing was that it all blew over pretty fast," said the friend.
"But it showed they are STILL on very thin ice."
