Woman Shoots at Man Who Denied Her Oral Sex
East Baton Rouge Parish Prison

She didn’t take that “no” very well. A Baton Rouge woman named Anneisha Maria Speed allegedly fired a shot at a man after he refused her demands to orally pleasure her, the affidavit obtained by The Smoking Gun states.

According to the court doc, it all started when the man invited 19-year-old Speed to his home after “hanging out” with her earlier in the day on May 13. The victim said that when she “asked for oral sex,” he declined, and that’s when she allegedly busted out a .40 caliber handgun and “demanded oral sex again, stating if he declined, she would shoot him.”

The man said when she made the threat, he grabbed her wrist, and she fired. The shot missed, so he “jumped from the second floor balcony” to avoid getting shot again. According to the affidavit, he heard a second shot while he was running away.

After police arrived, Speed tried to resist arrest. After she finally complied, she also admitted to stealing a PlayStation 4 and a shotgun from the man’s home, according to the affidavit. She also copped to picking up one of the shell casings because her DNA was on it.

Speed was booked and charged with attempted second-degree murder, illegal discharge of a firearm, theft of a firearm, resisting an officer, and obstruction/tampering with evidence.
