WATCH: Kidnap Victim Escape — Caught On Camera

Cops post pic of suspect!

A kidnapped Alabama woman made a daring escape from the trunk of a moving car — and it was caught on camera!

According to local police, the victim was taken by a male suspect from her Birmingham apartment building around 10:30 p.m. The suspect then pointed a gun at her and demanded money — then forced her into the trunk of his car!

The suspect then drove away in a black Nissan Ultima — arriving at the Gas Land gas station over an hour later, and entering to try withdrawing cash from the ATM machine inside.

After several unsuccessful attempts, the suspect approached the counter and asked the owner for assistance. The owner, Yosef Alsabah, said the suspect became frustrated when trying to withdraw more money than was in the account and told the suspect he should try again later.

The suspect left and started to drive off — when Alsabah saw the trunk pop open and a woman jump out!

He immediately brought her inside and called local police.

The victim was robbed of her wallet and cell phone, and said the suspect withdrew money using her debit card at several ATM’s in the area. She suffered cuts on her skin and was taken to a nearby hospital by a relative.

Police released a surveillance photo taken from the store’s security camera and posted it on their Twitter page asking for help in identifying the perpetrator.
