Hivo Gonzales went from being a hunk to being a homicidal maniac, say cops — with the shocking video above catching the moment when the Miami model viciously attacked a homeless man in June 2018!
Police say Gonzalez, 32, used a bat normally used in kill fish to viciously murder Pedro Cruz after the panhandler approached him in the parking lot of a gas station.
As seen here in newly-released video, Gonzalez went back to his car to get the bat, and then chased down Cruz before delivering what became a fatal blow.
The model is then seen driving off with a friend.
A police report claimed that Gonzalez “did not call 911, and did not render aid to the victim.”

Cruz, 49, would die a few days later in a Miami hospital. Gonzalez has been charged with second-degree murder, and is facing up to 10 years in jail if convicted.
Gonzalez works in the fitness industry and competes in freestyle calisthenics competitions, while also running charter fishing trips out of Miami.
An attorney for Gonzalez has conceded that the video caught his client in the altercation, but insisted that Cruz had been threatening the two men.
“This is a really good-natured guy who believed he was put into a life-or-death situation,” said lawyer H. Scott Fingerhut.
“We are deeply sorry about what happened to Mr. Cruz. The bottom line: Hivo Gonzalez is no killer.”
