Pervert Pitchman Jared Fogle Will Try To Sell Judge On Lighter Sentence

Jared Fogle, the former Subway pitchman and weight-loss guru who pleaded guilty to possessing child porn and having sex with underage prostitutes wants to lighten his prison load.

The sandwich pervert’s lawyer, Ron Elberger, filed a notice of appeal in federal court in Indianapolis yesterday, seeking to reduce Fogle’s sentence of more than 15 years behind bars.

As part of a plea deal with prosecutors during his trial last month, sicko Fogle pleaded guilty to one count each of distributing and receiving child porn and traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a child.

For their end of the bargain, prosecutors agreed not to push for more than 12½ years in prison. However, Judge Tanya Walton Pratt walloped the lecher with more than 15 years.

Fogle’s attorney will file a brief detailing the grounds for appeal by Jan. 25. The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago will hear the appeal.

During the lurid trial, Fogle admitted he paid for sex at New York City hotels with girls as young as 16 or 17 years old, and copped to receiving child pornography created by Russell Taylor, who was then the head of Fogle’s anti-obesity charity.
