Horrified police in Everett, Wash., discovered the body of a four-year-old girl who they believe was murdered four years ago!
The name of the tragic child hasn’t been announced, but detectives with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office reported that they found the tiny corpse stuffed into a plastic tote while serving a search warrant on a house.
A relative of Tricia Kirchner (inset) had phoned police and said that they had not seen one of her children in many years.
No arrests have been made in the case, but police insiders said that officers suspect that Kirchner and her boyfriend had “panicked” when the girl died — as authorities estimate that the child may have passed away sometime in 2012.
Other relatives of Kirchner told police that they suspected the couple had hidden away the child’s body until it began to decompose, and had then attempted to pour concrete over the body.
In a shocking twist, the couple had even eventually left the plastic case at a relative’s house after they moved out of one residence.
Family members also said that Kirchner had told them one of her children had died, but was never consistent in explaining how the death occurred.
Authorities can now only confirm that the child was alive in Sept. 2010 — after she had received an immunization shot from a local doctor.
