Court documents –ex NFLer AARON HERNANDEZ implicated by alleged accomplice as the man who shot and killed Odin Lloyd.

Carlos Ortiz, who prosecutors say was with the former New England Patriots star when Lloyd was killed, told Mass. cops he was informed by the second alleged accomplice that "Mr. Hernandez admitted to shooting Mr. Lloyd."

The bombshell accusatory statement is contained within an eight-page affidavit filed in Fort Lauderdale today.

The document was submitted in Florida because the second alleged accomplice, Ernest Wallace, 41, was collared by cops near Fort Lauderdale, in Miramar, after Hernandez was formerly charged with murder.

Lloyd, 27,  a semi-pro footballer was slain June 17 at an industrial area near Hernandez's million-dollar home in North Attleboro, Mass. Accusations that Hernandez actually pulled the trigger5 times in an execution style killing marked a major development in the police case against of the disgraced all-pro who was released from the Pats no sooner than he was booked last month.

Law enforcement authorities had refused to say which of the three key suspects – Hernandez, Ortiz and Wallace – they believe performed the actual murder.

As The ENQUIRER reported previously police think the slaying may be gang-related although Hernandez has denied being part of any gang, he told police. He is also being probed in two other murder cases.
