Texas Suspect Allegedly Shoplifted Nearly $3,000 Worth Of Cosmetics From H-E-B

Authorities in Texas say they caught a suspect accused of stealing nearly $3,000 worth of cosmetics and other merchandise from an H-E-B storeMonday night, and later learned he was wanted in Ohio for more serious crimes.

The Harris County Precinct 4 Constable’s office said deputies on Monday night apprehended a suspect who allegedly shoplifted $2,850.50 worth of merchandise from the H-E-B store located at 5251 FM-2920 Road.

A photo shared on Facebook by Precinct 4 Constable Mark Herman shows the scores of items, mostly cosmetics, allegedly stolen by the suspect, who was not immediately identified.

“Texas Rule #1: Don’t Mess With HEB!” Herman wrote alongside the photos.

According to the constable’s office, the same suspect is wanted in Ohio for sexual assault and a violation of probation on a larceny case.
