Semi Cab Hangs Off Interstate Overpass In Virginia After Crash
The cab of a tractor trailer was seen hanging off an interstate overpass, wedged between it and a second overpass, after a crash in Virginia early Wednesday.
Chesterfield County Fire and EMS shared a photo of the scene on social media, with the tractor-trailer’s cab wedged precariously over a long drop from Interstate 295 North in Chesterfield County, near the Henrico County line, southeast of Richmond.
Fire and EMS crews as well as a Hazmat team were working to contain a fuel leak caused by the crash, the fire department said.
Traffic in the area was delayed for a few hours, but the road was reopened at around 9 a.m.
