Elvis Presley’s granddaughter Riley Keough has turned his famed estate, Graceland, into a virtual Animal House where raucous revelers party hearty, romp wildly in the pool and stampede across the family cemetery where the King of Rock ’n’ Roll rests, sources exclusively tell the National ENQUIRER.

A family insider says the boisterous bashes, which take place at the Memphis mansion in the evenings after the guided tours have concluded, are disrespectful to the “Burning Love” hunk’s memory. “Graceland is a living symbol of Elvis’ greatness,” the source says. “This is not a personal residence to do with as you wish.”
During the parties, guests are said to have free run of the 13.8 acres.
“But the family cemetery where Elvis, his daughter, Lisa Marie, her son, Benjamin, and Elvis’ parents and grandmother are buried is right next to the pool,” adds the spy. “People are wandering through it during the get-togethers. It’s unseemly.”
The rowdy soirees are also causing renewed friction between the Daisy Jones & the Six star, 36, and her 80-year-old grandmother, Elvis’ ex-wife, Priscilla.
“It’s reopening a wound,” says the insider.

The two already tussled in court in 2023 when Priscilla challenged the validity of a 2016 amendment to Lisa Marie’s will that removed Priscilla from Graceland’s board of trustees and appointed Riley and Benjamin, who was alive at the time, in her place.
The ugly family feud was later settled out of court, with the Naked Gun star receiving a lump-sum payout and Riley emerging as Graceland’s sole trustee.
“Priscilla doesn’t like the idea of parties being held in Graceland,” says the source. “She thinks it’s obnoxious, particularly after the way Riley gained control of the estate.”
As the ENQUIRER reported, Riley rode to the rescue last year after scammers tried to seize control of Graceland by fraudulently claiming Lisa Marie, who died in 2023, had taken out a large loan against the property that wasn’t paid back. Riley convinced a Tennessee judge to stop a planned auction of the property.

But sources say such heroism doesn’t relieve Riley of her responsibility to her grandfather.
“Graceland is a gift to his legions of fans so they can celebrate his memory and feel like they are a part of what his life was,” says a source.
