As The ENQUIRER reported, court documents revealed Tori and Dean were sued by American Express in 2016 for owing $37,981.97 and were slapped with a $220,000 default judgment by a bank for a delinquent loan. Also in 2016, the IRS garnished Tori’s bank account to collect $707,487.30 in back taxes.
