In a world exclusive,
The National ENQUIRER can report notorious goon
Shane Stant is living in L.A., where he launched a mobile medical marijuana delivery service called Greenlit 13. “It’s kind of funny because my brother doesn’t even smoke marijuana,” his sister,
Maile Stant, told The ENQUIRER.
“Our father, who passed away when I was little, was a drug dealer," said Maile. "And now Shane is a legal drug dealer!” Twenty-four years ago — on Jan. 6, 1994, at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships in Detroit, Mich. — Stant, then 22, crept into Nancy’s practice rink and whacked her above the knee with a 21-inch metal baton.

Stant was paid $6,500 for the brutal bashing and later served more than a year in prison, while Nancy recovered to score silver at the Games, held in Lillehammer, Norway. But Tonya went home empty-handed — and was later banned from competitive skating for life!
In the years since the attack, Stant has rarely spoken about the incident and has been lost amid the hubbub surrounding the Hollywood blockbuster
“I, Tonya,” starring Margot Robbie as hard-luck Tonya.
But in a tell-all documentary — part of which has been obtained by The ENQUIRER — Stant finally opens up about his chilling attack on Nancy and how he masqueraded as a cameraman to do it! In it, he says: “I just went and the cameraman followed her and I was, no exaggeration, probably a foot behind him.
“He put his camera down and he turned to the left, I turned around him to the right, and I just scooped right behind him. I went through the curtains and, of course, the curtains closed so it was just her and I.”
As for
the acclaimed film, Stant said he enjoyed it — but objected to the performer who played him, insisting he’s “more handsome” than actor
Ricky Russert! Starstruck Stant said muscle-bound
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson would have been a better choice.
