“Tom is very heavy with a huge belly and very small buttocks. That means he stores most of his fat in his belly rather than his hips,” said Dr. Mirkin, who has not treated the actor.

“Because of this, I’d say there’s over a 90 percent chance he’s already diabetic and at risk of a life-threatening heart attack," Dr. Mirkin advised. "He urgently needs to get the fat out of his liver by avoiding red meat, sugary food and drinks, and fried foods — before it’s too late!”
