The National ENQUIRER has learned that the gals, who include TV horror queen Elvira, insist the Welsh wonder took tactics right out of Bill Cosby’s predator handbook by plucking them from his concert audience, plying them with a mind-altering substance and sexually assaulting them.

“I believe Tom Jones is no different from Cosby because more women are going to come forward like I have after they realize they share the same story,” says Pamela White, now 61, who claims she was victimized by the "Delilah" crooner. “I was 14 and innocent! I had no idea what he was going to do to me.”

According to the women’s timeline, all of the incidents came while the "What’s New Pussycat" wailer was wed to childhood sweetheart Linda, his wife of 60 years. The crooner, who was widowed last year, has often boasted of his skirt-chasing, bragging he slept with up to 250 groupies in one year. Cassandra Peterson, shown here in a 2006 photo, who starred as TV’s Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, claims that Jones took her virginity after she met him at a concert when she was a star-struck 17-year-old.

“Tom seemed gentlemanly and nice, so when he was jumping on me ... I thought, ‘Well, if I’m ever gonna do this, it might as well be with Tom Jones,’” says Cassandra. But he leaped on her like an animal, she charges. “It was painful and horrible ... he almost tore me in two,” she says. Cassandra says she later needed stitches! Despite the brutal treatment, she believed Jones meant it when he told her it was true love. But when she went backstage to see the beast the following night, she says, “he was with his two background singers ... and was all over them. I was disgusted.”

So was Pamela, who broke her silence after the bombshell claim Jones sexually attacked 14-year-old Orna Kiesel in South Africa in 1976. Orna, now 55, claimed Tom’s “scouts” pulled her and a friend from the crowd at his Cape Town concert and brought her to his hotel, where Tom plied her with champagne and pounced. “Before I knew it, he had me down on the bed,” she says. “What had started as affectionate and safe was painful and forceful.” Pamela says she, too, was 14 when she was targeted during a 1970 St. Paul, Minn., concert. She was called to the stage. Jones asked her age and later invited the sweet young thing back to his hotel party — using a bodyguard as a go-between. Once at his hotel, she claims the celeb fed her champagne.

“Jones starts taking his clothes off,” she recalls, “and I’m wondering what the heck is going on. I’m so paralyzed with fear. I call it rape because I had no idea what was happening and I couldn’t consent.” Afterward, “I couldn’t tell anybody — it was so shameful and no one would believe me anyway,” she says.

Pamela insists that she’s after justice, not money — saying: “I don’t want a dime off that man. I just want people to be aware of what he did!”
