The National ENQUIRER has learned cops busted the brother of party girl Erica Herman for selling coke at a Florida strip joint! Police documents exclusively obtained by The ENQUIRER revealed Scott Herman owned a bar in Lantana, called Scallywags, that was targeted in an undercover sting.

According to the report, a “confidential informant” probing the club for crimes approached Scott as he tended bar and asked if he “had or knew of someone who could sell” cocaine. “Scott advised the CI to ‘hang on a minute,’” and then talked to Scallywags co-owner Bret Laporte.

Laporte, the 2008 report stated, dispatched a valet to sell $40 worth, or 1.4 grams, of cocaine to the informant, while naked women swayed from a “stripper type” pole and men tossed cash at them. Six cops swarmed Scott and busted him for selling coke. He eventually pleaded guilty to a lesser offense and served probation.

Tiger is still reeling from his own legal woes. After he was found passed out in his Mercedes on May 29 with prescription meds in his system, Tiger completed 28 days in rehab and entered a plea deal for the reckless driving charge, which keeps him out of jail as long as he stays out of trouble.
