Teresa Guidice just became a single star of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” — with her jailbird husband Joe set to be deported after doing time on multiple counts of fraud! The reality star has already served her own time behind bars for her role in the $5 million scam, and has since become a fitness model while her husband started serving his own sentence. But while she quickly returned to stardom, Joe’s been thrown out of the country. RADAR Online had the exclusive on the shocking ruling against Joe by Immigration Judge John Ellington, as Joe got the bad news while behind bars and participating in a teleconference. The judge asked Joe’s attorney, Gerard Gonalez, if the prisoner feared “for his life, or proof of torture if he were to be deported back to Italy.” Then, declared the judge: “Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief.” The ruling clearly came as a shock to the disgraced immigrant, who said from prison: “I shouldn’t even be here right now!”

"I don't understand how I can be deported on this case," Joe said. "If you will, I'll tell you my side...I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they've been waiting to hear from me." As regularly seen on their "Real Housewives" show,
the couple has four children. The
slimmed-down dad was originally expecting to be back with his family when his sentence ended on March 14, 2019.

"I can explain," Joe insisted, but Judge Ellington warned him: "I don't think your attorney will want that, Mr. Giudice." It's a dramatic new twist for the reality-show couple — with insiders telling RADAR that Teresa will be "devastated," adding: "This will be horrible for them." Other close friends are now bitter over Joe's exposure on the Bravo network, saying: "The show ruined them!" Teresa, meanwhile,
has reportedly considered pleading with President Trump to pardon her husband!
