The pop diva was away at the time, but the starstruck fan was acting strangely enough to get the attention of Taylor’s chief bodyguard. The police were quickly called to the residence. After some conversation while searching through the man’s duffle bag and a sketchpad, police sent him off to Mount Sinai Beth Israel Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.

According to court documents, Bristol claimed she fears for her safety after Cummings showed up at her parents' house while the family was celebrating Bristol's son Tripp's fourth birthday.
