Tara, 40, looked deathly as her ribs poke out while she proudly paraded her bony body! The pose was as disturbing as when the actress once obliviously posed with her breasts exposed — leading to a stint in a rehab clinic for alcoholism!

But RadarOnline soon caught Tara back to toting bottles of booze, and the actress — who recently bemoaned, "What happened to my career?" — seems to certainly be abusing her health!

Tara also had a recent humiliating encounter when guesting with radio hostess Jenny McCarthy, where the two traded barbs over her plastic surgery before Tara stormed out of the studio.
