Stallone was hit with the bombshell accusation on Nov. 16, 2017 — with coverage of a police report showing an anonymous teen claimed she was
forced into a Las Vegas threesome with the "Rocky" star and bodyguard Mike De Luca. Now it's been revealed that the alleged victim had already talked to the
Baltimore Post-Examiner about her shocking claims!

"No charges were ever filed in the July 26, 1986 incident," reported the newspaper, "because under the laws of Nevada, the age of consent is 16, and the victim claimed she consented." But the anonymous woman, 46 years old when she talked to the Post-Examiner in 2016, still had plenty to say about the alleged sexual assault!

“He should be ashamed of himself. What he did to me affected my life and destroyed me," she said — adding: “I can never forget the smirk Mike [De Luca] had on his face as he looked at me as I left the room.” (De Luca was shot and killed by police during a traffic stop in 2013.)

Stallone responded to the Nov. 16 coverage of the police report allegations by sending out spokeswoman Michelle Bega, who insisted: "No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone." But the Post-Examiner report contradicts that claim!

The report from 2016 claims that Stallone's attorney was repeatedly contacted about the impending article, but never responded. That also left unanswered the alleged victim's question to the legendary actor: “Being a star and someone who people looked up to and admired, how could you have done that to me?”
