Justice Denied!

’40-Year-Old Virgin’ Slasher Goes Free

Actor who stabbed his ex 20-plus times is cleared for parole!

Shelley Malil — who played an electronics store co-worker of Steve Carell’s in the hit 2005 comedy “The 40-Year-Old Virgin” — was supposed to rot behind bars for life when he was convicted of slicing up of his ex-galpal. Now  Kendra Beebe has to live in fear as parole officials release the convicted would-be murderer after he’s served just nine years of his sentence. Malil was granted early release by a parole panel at Chuckawalla Valley State Prison in Calif. on Aug. 28. He’s set to be free in two weeks, with a supervised parole of five years. That’s after victims’ advocates told The National ENQUIRER that any release for Malil would be an outrageous miscarriage of justice — with star-struck bureaucrats ignoring an innocent victim while accommodating a vicious fiend!
