“I call him my Death Row sissy because he’d do just about anything to save his worthless neck,” added the inmate. “He knows he’s one of the most hated men in here and could be killed at any moment.” In exchange for Cummings’ protection, Peterson has even been reduced to washing the killer’s underwear!

Cummings — who calls Peterson his “Snowbunny” — described in harrowing detail Scott’s submission to endless sexual abuse. “All I have to do is snap my fingers,” Cummings gloated. “He does what I want, whenever I want, because he knows I keep him safe. If it wasn’t for me, he’d have 50 stab wounds in him by now.”
