Alexander has noted that Scott's wife Renee has tried to reach out to him — but he's only interested in corresponding directly with
the former "Happy Days" star. He's also asking for others to put pressure on Scott to contact him "if you care about truth — if you care about kids."

In his first response to the internet posts, Scott Baio provided an exclusive statement to The National ENQUIRER: “Unfortunately, I have no idea what incident or incidents Alexander may be describing. I am told by my advisers that the only appropriate venue for reporting these crimes is a special bureau set up by the Los Angeles police department, and we will be in touch with them shortly to share this article. I urge Alexander to contact them directly, as they investigate many such circumstances quickly and with sensitivity.”
