The latest twist in the ongoing accusations began when Nicole responded to a fan who had mocked Scott's post-"Charles" career on Twitter, as she said: "Ask Scott Baio what happened in his garage at his house when I was a minor. Creep." It was part of several accusations she's made about Charles having inappropriate sexual contact with her — despite having also said that she willingly lost her virginity to him at 17 years old!

Scott responded to the latest charge with a video where he carefully detailed a time line while going through documents — as his wife Renee provided support off-camera. In the video, Scott presented documentation to support his claim that Nicole was 18 years old during the filming of the final season of "Charles in Charge" — saying their sexual encounter (“She seduced me.”) only happened afterward.

As previously reported by
The National ENQUIRER, Scott's
"Charles in Charge" nightmare began in Dec. 2017. Alexander Polinsky — who started his showbiz career as young Adam Powell on the hit '80s sitcom — went to social media to say: "I‘m trying to contact former castmate Scott Baio...about the abuse I suffered and witnessed on the set of 'Charles in Charge.' Physical, mental, verbal & sexual abuse."
Alexander later added: "If I cannot [talk to him], I will go to the press," calling it "a matter of grave importance." Alexander hasn't accused Scott of any wrongdoing — but Nicole soon jumped in with her own accusations. She was asked via social media: "Nicole, why haven't you spoken out if Scott Baio abused you, too?" In a Tweet that she later deleted, Nicole replied: "Oh, I have!"

Nicole — seen here at right with "Charles" costars Josie Davis, Justin Whalin and Alexander in 1988 — has previously claimed that she lost her virginity to Baio at the age of 17. She's bitterly added: "Yeah, there was some flirting. Yeah, there was some messing around when I was, like, 16. And don't forget, he was in his 20s!"

“Unfortunately," said Scott in Dec., "I have no idea what incident or incidents Alexander may be describing. I am told by my advisers that the only appropriate venue for reporting these crimes is a special bureau set up by the Los Angeles police department, and we will be in touch with them shortly to share this article. I urge Alexander to contact them directly, as they investigate many such circumstances quickly and with sensitivity.”
