Siegfried Fischbacher. The pals stepped out, just before Siegfried’s 79th birthday, for an event honoring their contributions to a Las Vegas brain clinic.

A spywitness spotted Roy’s nurse assisting the sickly star out of a vehicle and into a wheelchair before helping him don his scarf and rings and whisking him to the venue. “He relies on his nurse for almost everything,” whispered the spy.

The aide had to physically prop Roy up when he stood to speak to the crowd, the observer reported. Dr. Gabe Mirkin analyzed the photos of Roy and told The ENQUIRER his immobility and inactivity put him at increased risk of congestive heart failure.

“You can only go without activity for so long. It kills,” said Dr. Mirkin, who has not treated Roy. “It’s impossible to predict longevity, but given these photos, it’s possible he has as little as a year to live before suffering heart failure.”

But a friend fears Roy, shown here with Siegried at a 2017 Oktoberfest, will be gone in six months. The addled entertainer was left a physical wreck after a near-fatal attack by big cat Montecore during a 2003 performance, and a source confides, “Roy rarely leaves their compound.”

But the insider adds, he was determined to go the hospital’s ceremony because the facility “is a cause close to Siegfried’s heart” — and he’s “not sure if he’s going to be around for another of Siegfried’s birthdays!”
