The former "View" host and Oscar-winning actress had once denied they were dating — but that was before The ENQUIRER caught them together at an intimate back room at the Manhattan eatery Da Silvano. An eyewitness told The ENQUIRER: "They'd asked for a table way in the back, and they were clearly on a date!"

The couple also indulged in some red wine — with The ENQUIRER quickly then revealing how concerned friends were reporting that Tatum had fallen off the wagon. Rosie must be feeling confident about the relationship, though, with Tatum joining her alongside all of her adopted offspring. The only child missing was Chelsea O'Donnell, 18, who The ENQUIRER has revealed is currently living with the boyfriend who spirited her off in August, and has publicly dismissed her mom as a "phony" who constantly smokes pot.
