The sprawling Napa Valley mansion comedian Robin Williams had built has finally sold — but attracted about half the original asking price when Robin put it on the market in 2012.

The late comic's 640-acre estate sold yesterday for $18.1 million. Robin had originally asked for $35 million, then slashed the price to $29.9 million in April 2014, just four months before he hanged himself at age 63. After his death, the mansion was listed for $25.95 million and then $22.9 million.

Robin named the Spanish-style estate Villa Sorriso, which translates to “House of Smiles” in Italian — but there were only tears on Aug. 11, 2014, after Robin’s body was discovered at another of his properties by his longtime assistant, Rebecca Erwin Spencer.

The new owners of the property are French winemakers Alfred and Melanie Tesseron, according to newspaper reports.

Robin custom-built the home in the early 2000s and it features five bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, a home theater, a 65-foot infinity pool, 18 acres of vineyard, tennis courts and a guest home.
