R. Kelly has been charged with 10 counts of criminal sexual abuse by Cook County’s State Attorney, it was announced on Friday, February 22, in Chicago.
The prosecutors’ decision comes after the twisted singer was accused of sexually abusing and assaulting young women while also holding them hostage in his music studio.
