Some animal activists even complained the protest was counter-productive, and that the Hollywood stars protested South Korea because they were afraid to offend their showbiz pals in China! "We've made real progress in South Korea," said one veteran protester. "An entire generation is turning their backs on eating dog. Meanwhile, things are getting worse in China, but celebrities won't protest there because the film industry is booming!"
