Prince William and his wife,
Kate Middleton, will be the next king and queen — after a top-secret meeting of government leaders that will oust his father,
Prince Charles, who was widely considered next in the line to the throne!

That’s the explosive finding of an investigation by
The National ENQUIRER investigation that has learned a lightning “palace coup” is being led by representatives from Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and New Zealand — members of the Commonwealth realm — to seize power.

The leaders will meet in London during April to set up the abdication of
Queen Elizabeth and declare the monarchy needs new leadership. The “faceless men” will cast their votes in secret, and there’s nothing the queen — desperate for Charles, her eldest son, to succeed her — can do.

In a blockbuster disclosure, The ENQUIRER can reveal there are no rules that automatically pass the crown to Charles when his mother dies or chooses to step away from her royal duties.

“It’s a history-making decision!” declared a Buckingham Palace insider. Elizabeth always vowed she’d never abdicate, and everyone believed she’d rule until her dying day. But now the decision is being taken out of her hands.

"The coup leaders are absolutely outraged by the scandals Charles and his wife,
Camilla, have heaped on the royal family," the insider said. ""They believe only new, young blood can save the monarchy — and there’s no time to waste.”

The Commonwealth envoys believe Charles’ decades-long affair with Camilla, which ended his marriage to
Princess Diana, and public revelations of the cheating couple’s tawdry sex secrets make them unfit to rule, sources said.

What’s more, government executive, Simon Dorante-Day, recently insisted he is the secret love child of Charles and a then-teenaged Camilla. Demanding DNA tests, Simon told The ENQUIRER he has a dossier of evidence proving the royals orchestrated a massive cover-up after his 1966 birth.
Charles also faces persistent talk he fathered a child with a longtime secret mistress, beautiful blond Canadian Janet Jenkins. Her son, Jason — a look-alike for Prince William — was born in 1984, nine months after she had unprotected sex with Charles at his country estate.

“Polls overwhelmingly show the public doesn’t like either Charles or Camilla. The envoys have long been convinced that allowing them to succeed Elizabeth on the throne would be a disaster!” said the source.

“Frankly, the Commonwealth nations are done with all the drama surrounding Charles," the source said. "They’ve already drawn up papers banning Charles from ever being crowned king — and handing the monarchy to William and Kate."

“Their idea is to have Elizabeth spend her final days advising her grandson and his wife in their demanding new roles as king and queen,” according to the insider.

The source says a formal announcement of the succession will be made this summer after several royal events: Kate giving birth to her third child; the queen turning 92 in April; and
Prince Harry marrying actress
Meghan Markle in May.

But plans for William and Kate's coronation "at Westminster Abbey in September next year” are already underway, said the source. Their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, are not expected to play a major role in the event, which is expected to be broadcast to a worldwide audience.

“William and Kate will, of course, take center stage," said the insider. “The envoys firmly believe only the two of them, along with their growing family, can steer the monarchy safely into the future.”
