According to an official incident report the woman — whose identity is being withheld by The ENQUIRER — claimed in the March 2006 incident report that the party-loving performer (center) flew her and her cousin from their homes in Wisconsin to Key West, Fla., for a weekend getaway.

Her nightmare began after the two women had dinner with wedge-coiffed Backstreet Boy and his friend, Rob Kalouch, and then went to Kalouch’s house, where they started drinking. “Carter told her he wanted a picture of her a--,” the report read.

“[The woman] turned around and Carter approached her, pulled down her pants and someone took a picture of [her]. At one point, Carter and Rob pulled [the woman’s] tube top off her and both males touched her breasts. She continued to tell them that she was not that kind of girl ... and wants to save herself for marriage.”

According to the report, Carter allegedly then “unbuttoned her jeans and slid his hand down her jeans and underpants.” When Carter pulled his hand out of her pants, he reportedly told her, “You’re lying. You are not a virgin.”

The woman told cops she fled into a bathroom where Kalouch forced her to perform oral sex. She started crying, and Carter entered, allegedly exposing his penis and forcing himself on her. When Carter realized she was crying, she said he removed his penis from her mouth.

The woman flew home the next day, and her sister took her to a hospital, where a sexual assault examination kit was completed. The Key West Police Department closed their investigation in June 2006 without filing charges.

A rep for Carter said in a statement: “The fact is that there was insufficient evidence to charge my client. The woman fabricated the claims against Nick for one simple reason — she was hoping to extort money from him.”
