The National ENQUIRER has learned that Jan Rooney agreed to a settlement that gives her virtually nothing from the star’s estate. Instead, the bulk of the assets and property will go to Jan’s son, Mark Rooney, and his wife, Charlene (center and left), who cared for Mickey during his final years.

Hundreds of thousands of dollars will go to the estate’s executor and a law firm — leaving Jan virtually penniless after paying off her attorneys following a nasty five-year legal slugfest. When Mickey died, he had no assets, his house had to be sold to pay his debts and his estate was worth a mere $18,000.

But according to court documents obtained by The ENQUIRER, the new settlement revealed for the first time that Mickey — who died at age 93 on April 6, 2014 — earned $400,000 for the third “Night at the Museum” film!

Despite that, Jan — who had been demanding half of Mickey’s property and rights to his name — won’t receive a cent of that! “My mother lost everything!” raged another of her sons, Chris Aber (right). “She doesn’t even have Mickey’s wedding ring.”

As The ENQUIRER has reported, Jan charged that Mark, a former heroin addict, and Charlene schemed to seduce a dying Mickey to gain control of his fortune! A grieving Jan also slapped Charlene and Mark with a civil suit over claims of elder abuse.

In a separate hearing, that suit was dismissed. “My mom will never receive a penny from Mickey’s estate and [has] debts forever,” seethed Chris (right). “Mark (left) and Charlene won’t be happy until she’s homeless. My mom is living with me, and she’ll be paying this off until she dies. It’s sick.”
