The outspoken actress put a little too much motion into her water sports while starting the new year. But unlike when The ENQUIRER caught her in Cancun, Michelle showed off more than just some unshaven armpits!

The "Avatar" star still isn't the type to be embarrassed by this kind of display. The famously wild gal had her character killed off ABC's hit series "Lost" after a DUI bust, but has tried to stay out of scandals since then — except for coming out as bisexual.

She went public with her relationship with Cara Delevingne back in 2014 — before the UK supermodel found fame in America with a role in the "Suicide Squad," and finding herself later romantically linked to Paris Jackson!

Michelle has also boasted in the past that she's let everything hang out at the annual Burning Man Arts Festival in Nevada. That included a trip there in 2015 to honor her late co-star Paul Walker.
