Michael J. Fox Freaks Out in Washington!

Michael J. Fox has a reputation around Hollywood as one of the nice guys — but cross the line of civility with his wife, actress Tracy Pollan, and you’ll see his not-so-nice side! An overzealous fan reportedly pushed Tracy at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport yesterday, sparking a confrontation with Michael!

The National ENQUIRER captured Michael coming to Tracy’s defense and getting into a screaming match with the fan on escalator at the Washington, D.C., airport. Luckily, things did not escalate to violence!

Michael, 54, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease in 1991, but the “Family Ties” star did not publicly announce his condition until he underwent brain surgery in 1999 to control the shaking that is symptomatic of the illness.

While the star of the “Back to the Future” films has continued to work, his condition has been getting worse and Michael was spotted struggling to get into a car at Hollywood restaurant Craig’s. “It was heartbreaking,” an insider told RadarOnline.com.

“Michael’s bravery knows no bounds,” the insider added. “But as the disease takes its toll on his body, even he is beginning to see that his battle is a losing one. Michael sees every day as a gift, as well as an opportunity to help other sufferers.”
