“I’ll probably drop dead talking to you but I’ve lost 30 pounds just because I want to see my grandchildren,” the
plastic-surgery eschewing star recently told a reporter. “They’re twins of six and a boy of seven. I’d like to get to 17 for the boy.”

But a source worries the star is “suffering from Parkinson’s and only has a few months to live.” In January, photographers snapped Caine, whose effective on-screen spying
drew appreciative kudos from the KGB, visiting a hearing aid store in London.

Dr. Gabe Mirkin told The ENQUIRER that along with “shaking, rigid muscles, and the loss of coordination, it is fairly common for people with Parkinson’s to lose their hearing.” On March 1, Michael took a tumble outside Los Angeles’ famed eatery The Ivy and broke his foot in two places.
