Mia Farrow has once again suffered a mother’s worst nightmare — as her son Thaddeus, 27, was found dead inside his car by police in Danbury, Conn. A cause of death has yet to be announced, with authorities only saying that he was found with a “life-threatening injury” and there was “no criminal aspect” to the death. It was a tragic end for Thaddeus , who was born with polio and adopted by Mia after she found him being abused in a Calcutta, India, orphanage. Sadly, Mia has suffered this heartbreak before, having buried two more of her 14 troubled children. Her adopted daughter Lark Previn — from her first marriage to composer André Previn — passed away on Christmas Day 2008 from complications of AIDS-related illnesses. Despite her socialite parents, Lark insisted on striking out on her own — with The National ENQUIRER finding her living in squalor in 1998 after she gave birth to Mia’s first grandchild…

Lark had just learned that she was HIV-positive, and was on public assistance after racking up $230,000 in medical bills. While she was estranged from her father, Lark (at right) was still close to Mia — even after The ENQUIRER revealed how sje and her sister Daisy Previn (at left) were arrested in 1991 for shoplifting $342 worth of sexy lingerie from a department store in Danbury.

Mia first lost a child in March 2000, when 19-year-old Tam Farrow died in her arms. Heart trouble tragically cut short the life of the teen, whom Mia adopted in 1992. Like her sisters Lark and Frankie-Minh, Tam was born in Vietnam. Tam and Frankie-Minh were both blind. "She had a weak heart and died of cardiac arrest over the weekend of March 11-12," confirmed Mia's spokesperson Judy Hoffland at the time.

By then, however, Mia had lost another daughter to her longtime love
Woody Allen — as
Soon-Yi Previn ran off to eventually marry the actor/writer/director in 1997. Mia's romance with Allen would also lead to more family tragedy, as her daughter Dylan would later accuse biological father Woody
of molesting her at the age of 7!

Ronan Farrow — supposedly also Woody's son, although
rumors persist that
Frank Sinatra is his real father — penned a blistering essay in May 2016 accusing his critically-acclaimed dad
of molesting Dylan, after his sister wrote an essay in the
New York Times. Daisy (pictured with her dad in 1989) recalled that Woody "sexually assaulted me. He talked to me while he did it, whispering that I was a good girl, that this was our secret, promising that we’d go to Paris and I’d be a star in his movies."

Now 71 years old, Mia has mostly concentrated on the occasional stage role since 2011. The "Rosemary's Baby" actress is now sadly used to heartbreak, once saying about Soon-Yi: "I got over it. You can get over almost anything. You just can't go on mourning forever."
