Scary photos show the 60-year-old “Working Girl” beauty has a dime-sized hole above her right nostril — similar to an alarming cancer spot the actress had in 2015. What’s more, a source close to Melanie has confirmed to The National ENQUIRER that the actress has cancer.

Doctors studied the pics and warned the cancer appears to have come back — only now it could have spread through her frequently treated body! “The most dangerous skin cancers are around or on the nose because they can spread deep underneath the skin and the doctor will not see the spread because it may not be on the skin surface,” Dr. Gabe Mirkin, who has not treated the actress, told The ENQUIRER.

New York internist Dr. Stuart Fischer added: “The fact that it’s back, and bigger than before, means they didn’t get it all out the first time. Now they’ll have to go back in and do more invasive skin surgery, which will be very difficult on her nose and her appearance.”

“It can be disfiguring.” Plastic surgeon Dr. Lyle Back suggested the cancer is due to too much sun for the fair-skinned blonde. “She has a classic outdoor sun-damaged face,” said Dr. Back, who has not treated the star.

He also noted that the slender star has had a number of nose jobs. But, he added: “Techniques that plastic surgeons have available to them can minimize the scarring” when she has the cancer removed.
