Melanie Griffith made a shocking sight as The National ENQUIRER caught her out without makeup — looking disheveled in yet another bizarre appearance in L.A.!

As earlier reported, Melanie — who turned 60 years old in Aug. 2017 — had sparked earlier concerns when seen stumbling down a West Hollywood street earlier this summer.

Insiders also reported that the veteran "Working Girl" star's families and friends were fearing the worst!

“She needs to completely realign her thinking about her health if she wants to survive into old age,” cautioned diet and nutrition specialist Dr. Stuart Fischer, who has not treated the fading beauty.

The film star — who also sported a troubling scab on her nose — has already battled a longtime addiction to pills and, more recently, skin cancer. Her ex-husband Antonio Banderas has also taken up with 37-year-old model Nicole Kimpel!

"Now they're talking about getting married, and she’s feeling like yesterday’s leftovers,” said a source — with Melanie also looking ragged despite The ENQUIRER having recently caught her taking trips to a secret high-tech health clinic in Germany!
